SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery

  • Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is available through USPS/UPS.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

  • Tracking information will be emailed/texted once your order ships.

Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Final

  • Because our candles are handmade, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if we cannot fulfill your order.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
